In an ever-changing world, the mindfulness practice offers refuge, nourishment and connection. The ability to reconnect with our inner sanctuary – a place of peace, stillness and love, and to develop the inner resources to calm an overactive mind, take greater care of ourselves and to live a fuller and more purposeful life. These enriching one-hour sessions will offer guidance and support as you progress along your mindfulness journey, and the opportunity to connect and share with a community of like-minded individuals. Each week, we will come together and delve into insightful teachings centred around a different theme, enjoy a 25-minute group meditation, and exchange questions and experiences with other members of the group.
