Join senior therapist and expert mindfulness trainer, Daniel Cerny, for his Monday evening explorations into the many facets and applications of the mindfulness practice.

In an ever-changing world, the mindfulness practice offers refuge, nourishment and connection. The ability to reconnect with our inner sanctuary – a place of peace, stillness and love, and to develop the inner resources to calm an overactive mind, take greater care of ourselves and to live a fuller and more purposeful life.

These enriching one-hour sessions will offer guidance and support as you progress along your mindfulness journey, and the opportunity to connect and share with a community of like-minded individuals. Each week, we will come together and delve into insightful teachings centred around a different theme, enjoy a 25-minute group meditation, and exchange questions and experiences with other members of the group.

Downloadable audio of the guided meditations will also be provided following each session to support you with your daily practices. Follow up feedback and questions are encouraged, and will be answered the following Monday.

For those who are unable to attend the live class, or for anybody who would like to revisit the content – you will have access to the recorded version of this class for 7 days.

Important Information for Subscribers: Monthly subscriptions are active for a full calendar month from the day of sign up, and renewals are automatically processed on the same day every month. For example, if you signed up on the 16th March, your monthly subscription will be debited on the 16th of every month thereafter. You can request to cancel your subscription renewals at anytime, however, your access will remain active until the next renewal date.

About Daniel

Daniel Cerny, BHSc(Nat), AdvDip(Nut), has been immersed in mindfulness and meditation for over 20 years, including living in a Buddhist Monastery for five years.

He has taught mindfulness to people from all walks of life, including neurosurgery patients, participants at The Gawler Foundation’s cancer retreats, school children, CEO’s, hundreds of corporate employees, and many other retreat participants in Australia and overseas. Daniel’s diverse skill set includes a broad range of specialisations including Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation (MBSM), Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Acceptance Commitment (ACT) and Mindfulness-integration Cognitive Behavioural (MiCBT) Therapy.

With his many years of clinical experience as a naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, Daniel’s teachings offer deep insight and respect for the intimate connection between the mind and body. He is passionate about empowering his students and participants with the knowledge and resources to become the creators of their own health and wellbeing.
