Participants have lifetime access to the course, so you are welcome to revisit the content at any time.
In line with the original live 4-week format, the course is made up of 4 x weekly one hour sessions. A different topic covered in every session:
Week 1 Art of Mindfulness
Week 2 Mindfulness of Feelings & Emotions
Week 3 Exploring Limiting Beliefs through Mindfulness
Week 4 Mindful Alignment to Values & Intentions
In each session, Daniel will guide you through a journey of self-development through the mindfulness practice. These sessions include insightful teachings, a 25-minute group meditation practice, and pre-recorded questions and answers.
Sessions are released weekly, to give you time to integrate the practices into your life.
Downloadable audios are also supplied each week to support you in your daily meditation practices.
