HERBS
Mint, lemongrass, thyme, rosemary, sage, ginger and parsley are great for adding aroma and a hint of health to your water. Chopping up the herbs before adding to water helps to release the taste of the herbs.
CITRUS
Add slices of organic lemon or lime or orange to water to add a bit of flavour to regular water.
BERRIES
Cut or crush a few blueberries, raspberries or strawberries into your water to give it a sweet, fruity flavour. You can also make ice cubes out of crushed berries and add them to your water for a nice summer drink.

LEMON, LIME AND ORANGE WATER
- 1 large lemon, sliced
- 1 large lime, sliced
- 1 large orange, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (optional)
- 1 1/2 L of water
Add citrus slices (and cilantro leaves, if desired) to a large jag or bottle; fill with the 1 1/2 L of water and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve in ice-filled glasses, this drink also taste nice in room temperature
My favourite matcha drink
- 1/2 cup Almond milk (Pure harvest)
- 1/2 cup Coconut water (Pure Essence)
- 2 tbs Desiccated coconut and coconut oil
- 1 tsp MATCHA powder
- Coconut protein (Inca Organics)
- 1/2 cup of Fresh pineapple
- add some fresh mint (optional)
Dissolve matcha powder well in almond milk first then add all ingredients together, mix in food processor.
CUCUMBER–MELON WATER
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 honeydew melon, cubed
- 1/4 cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 1/2 L of water
Place cucumber and melons in a glass jag and add water. Refrigerate for 2 hours, then serve over ice.
FRESH COCONUT DRINK
- 500ml coconut water
- 1 handful of mint
- 2 x kefir lime leaves
- 1 apples
- juice of half lemon
CITRUS CUCUMBER WATER
- 1 large lemon, sliced
- 1 large lime, sliced
- 1 large orange, sliced
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 1/2 L of water
Place all the sliced fruits and the cucumber in a glass jag and add water. Refrigerate for two hours to allow flavors to infuse, then serve in glasses over ice.
HERBS INFUSED WATER
- half palm of fresh of rosemary
- half palm of fresh of coriander
- half palm of fresh of thyme
- 1 large lemon sliced up
Place all the fresh herbs and the lemon in a glass jag and add water. Refrigerate over night to allow flavors to infuse, then serve in glasses.
CALMING DRINK
- handful of lemon balm flowers
- handful of marigold flowers
- handful of camomile flowers
- handful if blueberries
- 1 1/2 L of water
Place blueberries and the herbs in a glass jag and add water. Refrigerate for two hours to allow flavors to infuse, then serve in glasses over ice. If don’t have fresh herbs, use dry let them infuse over night.
REFRESHING GREEN TEA
- 1 green tea bag (I love caffeine free tea called Bancha)
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 2 cups of apple, pear or mango what ever is in season
- ice cubes to serve
Wet the green tea with a cold to take away the bitterness than add boiling water

I have selected a delicious teas that are beautiful inside and out. I have considered everything from the sourcing of all of teas ingredients, where the tea comes from, to the way they blend and pack it; whilst always keeping in mind ‘no artificial ingredients’.

Suffering from GOUT
You don’t have to suffer from Gout using this powerful natural drink!
- 1 cup tart cherry juice (organic sugar free)
- 1 pineapple (sugary free better freshly squeesed)

Drink 1
- 500ml coconut water
- 1 handful of mint

- 1 apples

Drink 2
- 150ml rice milk
- handful of berries
- half banana
- half pear
- 1/2 spoon vital greens optional
- Drink 3
- 150ml of almond milk
- handful of berries
- 2 handful of water mellon
- half apple
- LSA mix (nut mix from health food store so he can get some oils) try to add this mix to all his meals
Drink 4
- 150 ml of coconut water
- half mango
- handful of berries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- vital greens optional if your child doesn’t eat many green leafy vegetables
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRINKS
Nectar from the mother nature
- 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 Tsp good quality turmeric powder
- 2 Tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tsp ginger (powder or fresh)
- 1 Tsp cardamon, nut meg, fennel, anise (optional)
- dash of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp good quality honey
Mix it all together and store it inside your fridge.
Add 1/2 Tbsp per cup with how water and warm almond/rice/coconut quench milk
Outback vision protocol Smoothie recipe
All ingredients must be organic to reduce toxic load
- 2 cups of filtered water (or almond milk)
- 1 orange, peeled and deseeded or ½ cup grapes
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 1 cup kale or spinach, chopped
- 1 cup blueberries or other berries
- 2 tbs of chia seeds
- 1 tbs of flaxseed oil
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbs of Green superfoods from Green nutritionals
- Small grated fresh turmeric (size – half of small finger)
Mixed all in blender serve fresh every morning after breakfast
Use only: almond milk (pure harvest only), flaxseed oil (Stony Creek), berries from OOB organics (COLES or WOLLIES)
SPORTS DRINKS
Drink 1
Energy drink
- I glass of water
- 0-2.5 teaspoons of Chia Seeds
- 1 lime or lemon to squeeze
- 2 teaspoons of honey (or however much you want to sweeten the taste, I found two works best for me).
- Mix water, honey, and juice from the lime until dissolved. Add Chia Seeds and shake or stir. Serve it chilled.
Drink 2
Electrolyte bomb
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 tea bag of matcha-maiden tea, or herbal tea (your choice)
- Sweetener of choice (dates, coconut sugar, or agave for use during exercise, Stevia if used to boost fluid intake when not working out)
- Sea salt or dulse to taste
Let your tea of choice steep overnight in the coconut water, either in the fridge or room temperature. In the morning, add in sweetener, and sea salt for a complete electrolyte beverage. Combine all ingredients with the basic electrolyte beverage in a blender and blend until smooth. As you pour the liquid into your drinking bottle, strain the pulp with a fine mesh strainer.
Drink 3
Antioxidant support
- 1 cup fresh watermelon, diced or cubed
- 1½ cups chilled berry flavored tea (herbal or green) such as pomegranate, acai, or raspberry
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (minced or solid)
- 1 tsp coconut flesh
- 1 pinch unrefined, sea salt or dulse
Combine all ingredients with the basic electrolyte beverage in a blender and blend until smooth. As you pour the liquid into your drinking bottle, strain the pulp with a fine mesh strainer.
Drink 4
Hydrator
- 4 dried apricots
- 1½ Tbsp dried goji berries
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2½ cups chilled rooibos or green tea (citrus green tea or spiced rooibos work well)
- 1 pinch unrefined, sea salt or dulse
Combine all ingredients with the basic electrolyte beverage in a blender and blend until smooth. As you pour the liquid into your drinking bottle, strain the pulp with a fine mesh strainer.
